Here at E-Z UP, we take every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our team and customers. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a smooth, worry-free experience from purchase to setup.
As part of The E-Z UP Experience, our commitment is to provide superior products. We will make it right if you are not completely satisfied with your E-Z UP purchase. You can return your product for a replacement or refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase.
E-Z UP's guarantee doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or naturally caused accidents.
If you have received your E-Z UP purchase and it has a manufacturing defect in the materials or workmanship, please visit our warranty page.
Returning Items
Before returning any part or product to INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP®, INC. or its designated representative, please contact us to obtain specific return shipping instructions.
You may also start a return through our self-serve portal by logging into your account, selecting the order and product you'd like to return, and following the prompts. If you do not see an option to make a return, this means that the return window has passed or your product is not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation).
All return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
You can return your purchase from E-Z UP by mail, regardless if you made your purchase on ezup.ca or over the phone.
Please retain all product packaging until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Please return the product and all packaging together.
Mailing Your Return
Please include your name, email address, proof of purchase, and return authorization (RMA) number. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, packing slip, order confirmation, etc. If you do not have proof of purchase, you are not out of luck; we can help. Please contact us at 1-888-916-TENT (8368).
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt to confirm eligibility and condition.
Returned items that are not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error, may be subject to a restocking fee or refused at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders paid through Affirm financing, custom or personalized products, and clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Please note: personalized ("custom") products created and delivered by E-Z UP in consultation with you as a customer are expressly excluded from the above-mentioned right of withdrawal!
