We are very aware that making a purchase at ezup.ca, or any other website, requires trust on your part. And we value your trust very highly. We guarantee that we will work to protect the privacy and security of any personal information you provide to us and that your personal information will only be used as set forth in this Privacy and Security Statement. This includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information, in addition to any other personal information that can be personally linked to you.

When you make a purchase on our website, we collect your name, billing address for the credit card, the card type, number, and expiration date. When you visit ezup.ca, you will be assigned a permanent “cookie” (a small, unique identifier text file), which is stored on your computer’s hard drive. We also collect certain technical information from your computer each time you request a page during a visit to ezup.ca. We will share personal customer information only with our agents, representatives and trusted service providers and contractors for the limited purposes of fulfilling customer orders; offering certain products and services in connection with our website; communicating to customers; providing customer service; providing a personalized shopping experience, and completing credit card transactions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or amend this policy at any time. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will post notice of the change on ezup.ca for a period of at least two months after the change is implemented.
