E-Z UP customers get free standard shipping on orders of $500 or more (and discounted expedited shipping). Simply sign in during checkout, and you'll automatically receive free shipping on qualifying orders.

During checkout, both E-Z UP customers and guests can select their preferred shipping speed. We'll provide an estimated delivery date for each item in your cart based on your shipping choice, delivery address, and the item's origin.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

Orders over $499.99 + taxes: FREE (Exclusions apply; not available for Nunavut, Yukon, and Northwest Territories). Orders must meet the minimum threshold after any discounts or promotions are applied.

Orders under $499.99: Shipping rates calculated based on total weight and location.

Express Shipping:

1 to 3 business days delivery. Additional charges apply, starting at $25.00, depending on order size.


Local Delivery:

Available within a designated area.

Custom Products Delivery Time:

Custom Products and Made-to-order Items: Standard delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks to ensure quality and precision.

1 to 2 Days Turnaround: Premium service with FedEx Priority delivery (2 to 5 business days) for instant shelters and custom accessories. Additional charges apply, starting at $450.00, varying by order size.

Shipping Rates:

Calculated Based on Weight and Location: In collaboration with FedEx, Canpar, UPS, GLS, and Purolator for reliable delivery.

Additional Information:

  • Processing Days: Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries with separate shipping confirmations.
  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping and cannot ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
  • Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an incorrect item is received.
