We can work with your existing vector logos and graphics or help convert your raw images into high quality vector files with FREE artwork preparation. And the best part, we give you the updated vector image files as part of our artwork prep service for your future use.

E-Z UP offers three convenient design options to fit your needs and skill level.

• Design Online – Use our online custom configurator tool to select your product, choose from stock colors, and add your message and/or logo using provided stock art or by uploading your own. You'll see a digital rendering to confirm before placing your order.
• Use Our Templates – Download design templates from our website and create unlimited custom graphics with no limitations on colors, logos, or graphics. Our in-house design team will generate a rendition for your final approval before sending it to production.
• Full-Service Design Support – The easy option if you prefer professional assistance. Simply send us your logo and message with design direction such as logo & text placement, colors, and fonts, and our in-house design team will create a custom design for you and includes 1 hour of free design service.

High-resolution digital files work best. Vector files (AI, EPS) are preferred, but high-quality JPGs or PNGs (300 DPI minimum) can also work. Email your files to our custom graphics team or upload them through our website here. Our team will review your artwork and let you know if any adjustments are needed.

Graphics can cover the entire canopy top or be positioned in specific areas. We can work with you to determine the best size and placement for maximum impact while maintaining the canopy's functionality. Our state-of-the-art printing technology and premium materials create vibrant designs with high resolution for maximum visibility.

Custom printing typically takes 10 business days or less for production, plus shipping time. Please note the production clock starts only after the order is submitted and the design is approved by the customer. 48-Hour Rush processing is available on most custom products for an additional fee. We'll provide a target delivery date when you place your order and keep you updated throughout the production process.

Unfortunately, we cannot add graphics to existing canopy tops. Custom printing must be done during the manufacturing process. However, we can create a custom replacement top for your existing canopy frame, provided it's a compatible E-Z UP model.
