How to make a return request

As part of the E-Z UP® experience, we are committed to providing high-quality products. We are dedicated to giving our customers a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your E-Z UP purchase, please contact us for instructions on returning the product.

Return Conditions

  • Your product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Used items will not be accepted for a refund.

Return Process Steps

  1. Log into your account and select the product you'd like to return from your order. If your order or product does not show in your account, it means you are not eligible for a return.
  2. Wait for confirmation from our customer service team via email.
  3. Send the returned product to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Our customer service team will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  5. If the product is accepted for a refund, we will issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

    Warranty

    The E-Z UP warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural accidents. To learn more about the warranty, please visit our warranty page.
