Accepted Artwork Applications and Requirements

Adobe Illustrator CS6 (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) - MUST convert all fonts and stroke-weights to outline. Artwork should be supplied in vector format. ALL RASTER objects in artwork must be appropriate resolution. If not, it may require artwork changes and additional charges.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 (PSD, PSB, TIF, JPG) - MUST rasterize your fonts and save files as .psd (if you have layers or need transparency). Image resolution should be at 150 dpi at 100% actual size or 300 dpi at 50% actual printed size.

Guidelines to avoid delays and artwork charges:

  • All fonts and strokes must be converted to outlines.
  • Minimum stroke weight: 3pt. Minimum font height: 1/8".
  • Art for silkscreen must be vector.
  • Use Pantone solid coated colors for silkscreen.
  • No digital printing of metallic Pantone colors.
  • All digital artwork outputs as CMYK. Use Pantone callouts to match color specs.
  • Raster effects and images print in CMYK. Convert RGB art before submitting.
  • Embed all linked files. No overprint or transparency effects.
  • Printed fabric colors may differ from dyed fabrics.
  • Black should be CMYK 0,0,0,100.
  • All graphics subject to review before production.
  • Art must be clean, vector-based, and sharp. No jagged lines.
  • Charges may apply for cleanup or failing to meet requirements.
  • ZIP or STUFFIT compression allowed. Max upload 30MB.
  • Use CD/DVD/USB or FTP (Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.) for large files.
  • Send early to avoid production delays.

We use the Pantone® Color Matching System (PMS) for all custom production. Simply provide your PMS reference number, and we’ll ensure your custom product is printed to match your brand's color standards with precision.

Unfortunately, metallic or reflective printing is not supported by our production process. We recommend using solid color alternatives to achieve a similar visual impact.

Absolutely. Branding guides are incredibly helpful for our design team, as they include essential details such as approved typography, color specifications, and logo usage guidelines. Including this ensures brand consistency throughout your custom product.

Absolutely. If you have graphic design experience, you're welcome to prepare your own layout. Each custom product page includes downloadable templates in .PDF and .AI formats. You can also request templates directly from our customer support team at any time.
