How to Review a Product or Share Your E-Z UP Experience
When shopping on the E-Z UP website, you can view reviews and photos on product pages that show how others are using our tents and accessories. Keep reading to learn more about E-Z UP reviews and photos, and how you can share yours.
Product Reviews
Who Can Leave a Product Review?
E-Z UP reviews are divided into two categories: organic reviews and incentivized reviews.

Organic Reviews: These are reviews left by customers who were not specifically asked by E-Z UP to leave feedback. These reviews may carry the "Verified Customer" tag, indicating that the review was submitted by someone who purchased the product directly from E-Z UP, received an email invitation to review, and was not compensated for their feedback. Customers who bought a product from another retailer cannot receive the "Verified Customer" status.

Incentivized Reviews: These reviews are provided by customers who received a discount on their next purchase, free or discounted products, or participated in E-Z UP product testing. These reviews are marked with the label "Received a free product or reviewed in exchange for a discount." Some incentivized reviews may come from employees, partners, or brand ambassadors, identified with the label "Reviewed by E-Z UP Experts."
E-Z UP values and publishes all reviews, whether positive or negative, as long as they adhere to our Customer Review Guidelines. Products can be rated on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, with additional criteria such as durability, ease of setup, and overall recommendation. Reviewers can also include a brief description of their experience and share photos.
The average rating for a product is calculated by taking into account all reviews, both organic and incentivized. Individual ratings are summed and then divided by the total number of reviews.
Reviews are displayed by default from newest to oldest, but you can change the sort order based on rating, date, or usefulness. All reviews remain visible as long as the product is available for sale.
How Can I Submit a Review?
First, log in to your E-Z UP account. Go to the "Reviews" section on the product page, then click on "Write a Review."
At E-Z UP, we are committed to ensuring the authenticity of customer feedback. To prevent fake reviews, only logged-in users can submit a review. All reviews are subject to our Customer Review Guidelines and undergo a review process before being published. E-Z UP will not publish any reviews containing inappropriate content, competitor mentions, personal information, pricing details, or reviews from individuals under 13 years old.

How Others Are Using E-Z UP Products
Where Do These Photos Come From?
The photos in the "How Others Are Using It" section on product pages come from E-Z UP customers and partners. Photos labeled "Incentivized" are from people who received free products or were compensated for their photos.
How Can I Submit a Photo to This Section?
You can submit a photo in two ways:
- Instagram: Post your photo on Instagram with the tag @ezupca.
- E-Z UP Website: Click on the "Upload Your Photo" button in the "How Others Are Using It" section on any product page.
All photos are reviewed before being published. E-Z UP will not publish any photos containing competitor logos, graffiti, inappropriate content, dangerous activities, personal information, minors under 18, or multiple people.
